Juanita Cabrera, 77, loving mother, grandmother ,great grandmother, sister and friend passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2024. Juanita enjoyed gardening and yard work but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Blas Cabrera, Jr. She is survived by her loving family, her sons, Rogelio Gonzales, Blas Cabrera, III and Freddie Cabrera all of Austin and Ruben Cabrera of Sinton, her daughters, Alicia Gaitan of Austin and Cindy Cabrera of Corpus Christi, her sister, Elida Sanchez of Sinton, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 3 PM to 9 PM with a holy rosary being recited at 7 PM at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sinton with Father Yul Ibay as celebrant. Interment will follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery in Sinton.
