Adolfo Garcia

Adolfo Garcia, 83, loving father, and grandfather passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025.  Adolfo had been employed by Union Pacific Railroad for 25 years.  He loved gardening, listening to the oldies, and being on his treadmill; but most of all, he loved his family and his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Delia Garcia.  He is survived by his loving family, his daughters, Sylvia Garcia of Odem, Yolanda      (Pete) Martinez of Corpus Christi, Corina (Ernest) Garcia of Corpus Christi, Dahlia (Javier) Garza of Lubbock, and Sunshine (Arturo) Mendez of Austin; his sons,  Albert (Teodora) Garcia of Odem and Jaime (Derek) Garcia of Atlanta, Georgia; nineteen grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a holy rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.  A funeral mass will be celebrated  at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Odem with Father George as celebrant. Interment will follow at San Pedro Cemetery in Odem.
