David E. Moreno, 42, passed away on April 10, 2025.  He was born in Liberal, Kansas.  He was a resident of Sinton.  He attended and graduated from Sinton High School, and had multiple jobs. He knew numerous people and had many friends.

He leaves behind two children; Madison Bailey Moreno and David Ethan Moreno; his mother, Elizabeth Moreno; two brothers, Daniel E. Moreno (wife Renita) and Richard Moreno, Jr. (wife and nephew).  He is proceeded in death by his father, Richard Moreno, Sr.
