Delfina Arismendez Lopez, 92, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away peacefully with family by her side on     August 14, 2025.  Delfina was born to Merced Arismendez and Teresa Vega on January 3, 1933 in Gouldbusk, Texas.  Delfina will now be reunited with her husband of 30 years, Eugenio Moreno Lopez who passed away in 1995.  Delfina was a loyal and faithful Catholic woman.  She loved to cook, feed her loved ones, quilt, garden, and talk on the phone.

    Left to cherish her memory are their children Israel Lopez, Eliseo (Mary) Lopez, Diana (George) Atkinson, Robert (Letty) Lopez, and Mary (Dave) Wilson; and her twelve grandchildren, Monica Guerra, Marissa Lopez, George Henry Atkinson, Deandra Atkinson, Alexander Lopez, Patrick (Elizabeth) Lopez, Nicholas Lopez, Aaron Lopez, Sarah (Eusebio) Rodriguez, Troy Lopez, Matthew Lopez, and Marisol Wilson. 

     A visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd at 1 pm with a holy rosary recited at 7 pm at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home in Sinton, Texas.  The funeral will be celebrated on Saturday, August 23rd at    10 am at Sacred Heart Church of Odem. Interment will follow at San Pedro Cemetery.
