She was a housewife.  Her hobbies were cooking, sewing, woodcrafts, putting puzzles together, and coloring in color books.  She loved to read Danielle’s Steele novels. In her earlier years, she loved to fish with Emil and the kids.  Her and Emil would go to Tynan for dances.  Emil and her would butcher hogs and make sausages. They passed the tradition on to the kids.  She made Kolaches and her specialties were strudels.  She loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys and Astros on TV.  She was Sinton Pirate fan and enjoyed going to the games. She loved to play chicken dominoes with her family.  She loved to see her brothers and sisters when they came to visit because she was able to talk Czech with them.
