Ignacia Guerra was born February 1, 1930 and died on December 12, 2025 peacefully with her family by her side.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She loved to sew, make blankets, and quilts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel and her son, Dagoberto.  She is survived by her sons, Oscar Guerra, Javier (Gracie) Guerra, and Jaime Guerra of Sinton; her daughters, Pam Guerra of Sinton, Adilea (Terry) Malone of Wimberly, and Amalia (Richard) Silvas of Sinton; four surviving sisters; her grandchildren, Richard Silvas III, Robert Silvas, Kendra Guerra, Javier Guerra, Jr., Jeremy Guerra, Erica Guerra, Denise Guerra, Victor Soliz, Jr., Christina Malone, and Jaime Guerra, Jr.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a holy rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.  A committal service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at the Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery in Sinton.
