Nickolas Beltran
Nickolas “Nicky” Beltran, of Odem Texas, was 44 years old at his time of passing, Saturday March 7, 2026. He was born on April 25, 1981, in Taft, Texas to Eloy Beltran and Irene Vela Beltran. He dedicated his life to his family. Nickolas was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend.

Nickolas was a kind and loving man with a big heart and an adventurous sole. He literally would not sit still and had to be on the go as many of you probably saw firsthand. He took joy in spending time with his family and friends. He loved listening to music, taking pictures everywhere he went, and always wanted to take the occasional selfie. He had a crazy love for the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees, and enjoyed watching games with his dad on gamedays. He treasured the time he spent at gatherings with family creating crazy memories and making everyone laugh with his special way of communicating.

At one point in his life, you could say that he was a man of many words but that all changed for him as many of you know. However, we all know that did not stop him, his phrase “awas” with many hand gestures to follow, a new master of his own sign language, he would give us a good laugh put smiles on our faces with his jokes and stories. Let’s not forget his FaceTime calls to Jessica and the girls wanting to know what they were doing, who they were with, and wanting to say hello to everyone as they passed the phone around so he could say hello.

He will be fondly remembered by his wife Jessica Garcia and his daughters, Maddison and Amber Beltran of Sinton. He is survived by his parents, Eloy and Irene Beltran of Odem; his siblings, Michael Paul Beltran of Corpus Christi and April Irene Beltran of Corpus Christi. He also leaves behind many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Manuel (Luisa) Beltran; maternal grandparents, Ignacio (Gregoria) Vela; and his sister, Christina Ann Martinez.

Nickolas will be remembered for his strong love for his family, as well as, his ambition to do whatever he put his mind to do and never let anything, or anyone hold him back from doing just that. Nickolas will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
