Olivia Olivarez Lopez, 84, devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2025.  Olivia loved cooking, gardening, being outside, and scratch offs; but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Reynaldo Lopez; her sisters, Felicita Martinez, San Juanita Trevino, and Ramona Perez; and her brother, Alejandro Olivarez.  She is survived by her loving family, her sons, Ray (Maria) Lopez and Gary (Rick) Wiltshire Lopez of Odem; her fur baby, Muneca; her brothers, Jose (Elida) Olivarez, Santiago (Tina) Olivarez, Vivian (Lucia) Olivarez all of Rockport, and Gregorio Olivarez of Odem; her sister, Inez Olivarez of Abilene; her grandchildren, Ashley (Jesse) Trevino, Johnny Ray Lopez, Aaron Rettew, Anthony Ware, Selena Castro, and Sophie Wiltshire Lopez; her great- grandchildren, Tatiana Lopez, Taliyah Lopez, Johnny Lopez, Jr., Alizay Lopez, Jameson Lopez, and Xavier Lopez.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a holy rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home.  The  funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Odem.  Interment will follow at San Pedro

Cemetery in Odem.  Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Salinas, Leroy Salinas, Rick Wiltshire, Adan Clark, Henry Martinez, and Scott Curtiss.
