We are here to announce the passing and celebrate the life of Becky Salinas, 54, of Corpus Christi, Texas.  She was a devoted daughter, mother, sister, and Christian.  She is loved by her beloved husband of 34 years, Dominic Salinas; her daughter, Victoria Nell Salinas; her brother, James “Jim” Lukehart II; her sister, Jeanette (Rick) Morales and their children, Micah Morales, Jonah Morales, and Marisa Morales.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Francine and James Lukehart of Waskom, Texas; her grandparents, Harold and Roberta Walker of Alice, Texas; her aunt, Jeanie Spacek of Victoria, Texas; and her aunt, Sharon Cobb of Aransas Pass, Texas.  She is also survived in death by her cousin, Michael Cobb of Aransas Pass, Texas; her uncle, Victor Spacek of Victoria, Texas; her cousin, Brian (Anna) Spacek of Victoria, Texas; and her cousin, Stephanie (Larry) Hamilton of San Antonio, Texas.

Becky worked for Nueces County for 27 years and was devoted to her family as well as her work family.  She touched the lives of many people around her and can never be replaced.  She was a devoted wife for 34 years and an amazing mother to her daughter.  Although she only had one child, she touched on the lives of many friends that she considered to be hers.  Becky was warm, welcoming, funny, charismatic, and loving.  Becky loved to read, spend time with family, bake, and play board games.

A visitation will be Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the funeral services will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Ritchea-Gonzales Funeral Home in Sinton, Texas.  The burial will proceed at the Sinton Cemetery in Sinton, Texas.
