In Loving Memory of Sylvia Encinia Rodriguez

 

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend, Sylvia Encinia Rodriguez, on June 6th, 2026.

 

Sylvia was the heart of our family. She was a loving mother to her daughter and a devoted grandmother whose greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Her love was constant, selfless, and unconditional. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter, comfort, and memories that will be cherished forever.

 

To know her was to know kindness, strength, and compassion. She always put her family first and was the person we could count on through every challenge and celebration. She taught us the meaning of love, resilience, and what it means to care for others with your whole heart.

 

She leaves behind her daughter, Victoria Rodriguez, and her beloved grandchildren Marcus, Madisyn, and Matthew Maldonado; Anthony Jr, Azyalia, and Ayzlee Escobedo; and Carlos Ortiz who were the light of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Estella and Israel Encinia, and her grandparents, Cristela and Juan Encinia. Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we find comfort in knowing that her love will continue to guide us every day.

 

Our home feels emptier without her, but her spirit, wisdom, and the countless memories she gave us will remain with us forever.

 

She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and never forgotten.

Visitation will be Monday, June 15, 2026 at 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m.
