Timothy Mark Raska
Timothy Mark Raska, 43 years old from Skidmore, Texas, went home to Heaven on June 9, 2025. Tim was a very proud veteran of the United States Army, the owner of No Name Contina in Skidmore, Texas, and a beloved husband, father, grandfather, grandson, son, and brother. Tim was a beautiful gentle soul who loved with everything in him and hundreds of people loved him back. He served four years proudly in the Army. He served his Community. He loved his family more than anything. His wife, children, and family were everything to him. Although we know he is at peace in heaven, we are brokenhearted and will miss him everyday for the rest of our lives.

Tim is survived by his wife, Lilly Raska and children, Dakota (Sergio) Raska, Sterling, and Sadie Raska all from Skidmore; his son Dylan (Sara) from Troy, Montana; his grandsons, Tucker Raska and grandchild to be, Cooper Raska due in August from Troy, Montana; his mother, Tami (Greg) Pfluger from Odem; and his father Mark (Pam) Raska from Mathis; his grandparents, Bill Reeves from Odem, Raymond and Shirley Raska from Sinton, Jenny Crossland from Corpus, and Vera Simmons from Corpus.

Tim is also survived by his siblings, Billy (Kathaleen) Reeves, Cody (Audra) McMeans, Bryan (Courtney)McMeans, Autumn McMeans, Shawna (Jessie) Tatum, Krissie (Ryan) Maxwell, Kassie (Judson) Bibby, Brianna (Sheldon) Schlebauc, and Garrett (Tyler); numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, The Band of Brothers, and hundreds of friends. Tim was proceeded in death by his grandmother, Barbara Raska; his brother, Brian Raska; his brother, TJ Smith; his grandfather, Roy Crossland; his grandmother, Phyllis Reeves; Edward and Charlotte McMeans, Jimmy McMeans, and Mike Moody.

Services will be on Monday, June 16th with a viewing at 9:00 a.m. followed by the funeral at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Odem, 307 West Turner, in the Family Life Center. The burial will take place on Monday, June 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at the Veteran's Cemetery. ​​
